Smoking is not permitted inside ANY cabin. ONLY outside smoking is permitted. There will be a $100 charge for anyone that is found smoking inside a cabin.
It is recommended that you bring personal items such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper, etc. You should also bring your own food and beverages. Also, you may want to bring your fishing gear because we have a lake and many ponds for you to enjoy!
If you have a Verizon Wireless or Alltel Wireless cell phone, you should have service at the cabins. Our cabins do not have land lines.

Yes, firewood is provided for our cabin guests.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and you must check-out by 11:00 AM.

No, The Sand Ridge is not located in the mountains, therefore you do not have to worry about mountain roads.
You can bring your own food and eat at the cabin, or if you so choose, we are conveniently 4 miles from a few small restuarants and 12 miles from Swainsboro.
The minimum length of stay in the cabins is 2 days.
If for some reason you must cancel your reservation, you must contact us at least 2 weeks before your check-in date to receive a full refund. If you choose to cancel closer than 2 weeks before your check-in date, you will lose your 25% deposit.
